- We begin with a Planning Consultation where we explore your ideas and vision to create a unique concept for your wedding.
- We develop an overall wedding budget that allows us to implement your vision while prioritizing those elements that are most important to you.
- We share our expertise related to traditions, protocol, and etiquette.
- A Planning Timeline is created that will keep everyone focused on the most important details.
- You have 24/7 online access to your Planning Portal where you can watch the details come together.
- You receive Priority Access to your wedding planner throughout the entire process, with unlimited email and telephone contact.
- We provide frequent check-ins to ensure that everything is progressing according to plan.
YOUR WEDDING TEAM
- You receive access to our vetted network of amazing wedding professionals, many of who provide upgrades and preferred pricing to our clients.
- We assist with the selection and scheduling of each of your vendors, and this allows you to implement your vision and stay within your budget.
- All of your vendor contracts are reviewed to ensure that your best interests are protected.
- Once you have selected your venue, we arrange a site visit.
- You receive expert design, theme and décor assistance. We provide assistance with coordinating your wedding style and colors with the attire of your wedding party.
- We negotiate group room blocks for your out-of-town guests.
- We stay in contact with your chosen wedding professionals to make sure that everyone works together as a cohesive team.
THE FINAL DETAILS
- We provide a detailed Wedding Day Timeline to the wedding party, family, and attendants so that everyone knows their responsibilities.
- We coordinate your ceremony rehearsal.
- We coordinate final payments with your vendors.
- We collect and account for all of your wedding day items, such as marriage license, guest book, cake knife, cake topper, toasting flutes, favors, candles, programs, place cards, etc.
YOUR BIG DAY IS HERE!
Below is just a partial list of the details that we handle for you so that you can relax and enjoy your day:
- Manage the flow and timing of the ceremony and reception.
- Act as a liaison between wedding party, family members, guests, and vendors.
- Coordinate vendor setup to ensure that everyone is in the correct place.
- Oversee the setup of all ceremony and reception décor.
- Direct ushers with programs and seating distribution.
- Line up and cue the wedding party and ceremony musicians.
- Take care of all of the small details, including distributing bouquets, pinning on corsages, bustling the wedding gown, providing the marriage license to the officiant, and ensuring that the wedding rings are available.
- And, we always have our ‘Wedding Day Survival Kit’ available so that we can address any unexpected situations.
THE RECEPTION & CELEBRATION
- We cue the newly-married couple for all important events.
- We arrange the wedding party for the Grand Entrance.
- We ensure that all parts of your reception follow the timeline, including special dances, toasts, cake cutting, and bouquet toss.
- We oversee all of the vendors to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- We distribute final payments and gratuities as needed.
- Finally, we collect the gifts and wedding items and provide them to the designated person.
